My work attends to the permeable body and its social spaces -- those spaces without thickness that make things thick:

the financialization of time in labor, debt and death; conditions of capture by and fugitivity from capital; intimacy as mediated by technologies, institutions, regulation and risk; and questions of perceptibility and imperceptibility in one-on-one encounters.
